Author Guidelines for Submission

To maintain the quality and integrity of research published in Academil Journal of Research in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, we request authors to follow these submission guidelines:

1. Manuscript Structure

  • Title Page: The title should be concise and informative. Include the names of all authors, their affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.

  • Abstract: Provide a clear and concise abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.

  • Keywords: Include 4-6 relevant keywords for indexing and search optimization.

  • Main Body: Organize the manuscript into sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

2. Formatting Requirements

  • File Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Font and Spacing: Use a standard font like Times New Roman, 11-point, double-spaced throughout.

  • Figures and Tables: All figures and tables should be embedded within the text at appropriate positions and labeled clearly.

  • References: Use the APA citation style for all references. Ensure all sources cited in the text are included in the reference list.

3. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.

  • Ensure that the manuscript adheres to the formatting and ethical guidelines before submission.

  • A cover letter should accompany the submission, highlighting the significance of the research and confirming that the manuscript is not under review elsewhere.

4. Peer-Review Process

  • All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process.

  • Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments. Revised versions should be resubmitted within the given timeline with a clear response to the reviewers’ feedback.

5. Ethical Considerations

  • Submissions must be original work that has not been published elsewhere.

  • Proper citations and permissions must be included for any reproduced content.

  • Research involving human or animal subjects must have appropriate ethical approvals and include a statement confirming such approvals.

6. Article Types Accepted

  • Research Articles: Detailed studies presenting original research.

  • Review Articles: Comprehensive overviews of existing research on a specific topic.

  • Case Studies: Reports on specific instances within management studies that offer valuable insights.

7. Fees and Open Access

  • Academil Journal of Research in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences follows an open-access model, ensuring free availability of published research. Article processing charges (APCs) may apply for accepted manuscripts. Specific details on APCs will be provided upon acceptance.

8. Post-Acceptance

  • Upon acceptance, manuscripts will undergo final editing and formatting before publication. Authors will receive proofs for final approval.

  • The final version will be published online and indexed in relevant academic databases.
