Dr. Reem Abdulla Alhajji is an accomplished Assistant Professor with 8 years of experience in higher education, specializing in curriculum development and delivery for Advanced Writing and Second Language Learning. Her research interests include the application of artificial intelligence in education, the impact of foreign cultures on learners, and strategies in foreign language acquisition. Dr. Alhajji is dedicated to enhancing program outcomes by fostering student engagement and supporting diverse learning objectives. Ms. J. Jeffrin is a dedicated English educator and Assistant Professor, known for her expertise in English Literature and Critical Theory. She qualified for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and UGC Assistant Professor role in 2023, scoring an impressive 99.03 percentile.
Specializing in the History of English Literature, British Literature, Literary Criticism, and American Literature, Ms. Jeffrin is committed to fostering critical thinking and literary appreciation in her students. Her research interests span Gender Studies, Intertextuality in Modernist Literature, Ecocriticism, and Nature in Literature, through which she explores the social and environmental dimensions of literature.

Akarsh R. serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of commerce at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kalamassery, where he has been a dedicated faculty member since June 26, 2023. He holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from St. Berchmans College, Changanassery. In addition to his teaching role, Akarsh contributes as the IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) Coordinator for the department, actively enhancing academic and institutional standards.
Akarsh has been a resource person on ‘Reference Management Software and Plagiarism Checking Software’ for the Capacity Building Programme conducted by the Department of Library and Information Science at Rajagiri College, Cochin.
