Dr. Reshu Tiwari is a dedicated Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy at Integral University, Lucknow, where she has been shaping future pharmacists since August 2017. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Singhania University, Pacheribari, Rajasthan (2022), and is recognized for her expertise in Dosage Form Development, Herbal Dosage Forms, Diabetic Neuropathy, and Novel Drug Delivery Systems. Dr. Tiwari brings an innovative approach to the classroom, employing differentiated teaching methods with audio-visual aids to cater to diverse learning styles and enhance engagement. Her academic contributions include numerous publications and patents, showcasing her commitment to advancing pharmaceutical sciences. Dr. Tiwari’s passion for her field and her research focus make her an invaluable contributor to both her students and the broader academic community.

Dr. Nisha Shri Chengama Raju

Dr. Nisha Shri Chengama Raju currently serves as an Associate Professor at Gokaraju Rangaraju College of Pharmacy, HyderabadW,with over 11 years and 6 months of experience in pharmacological sciences, . Her academic expertise encompasses a broad range of subjects across M.Pharm, Pharm.D, and B.Pharm programs, including Drug Design & Molecular Pharmacology, Clinical Toxicology, Clinical Pharmacokinetics & TDM, and Advanced Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry.

Dr. Nisha has made significant contributions to the field, evidenced by her 12 publications and numerous conference presentations. Her recent initiatives include organizing a national conference on “Paradigm Shift to Antimicrobial Peptides in Handling Microbial Infections” in September 2023, for which she secured a Rs. 50,000 grant-in-aid from RGUHS. She also successfully guided a student’s project, which was awarded Rs. 15,000 in grant support.

Mrs. Jyoti Tangde

Ms. Jyoti B. Tangde is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy, Pune, with 10 years of professional experience. Since 2018, she has contributed to pharmaceutical education, research, and student mentorship.

She is a life member of the All Pharmacy Teacher Association (APTI) India and the State Pharmacy Council. Her research expertise includes the synthesis and purification of medicinal compounds, analytical method development, and validation, with a focus on Quality by Design (QbD) approaches. Ms. Tangde has guided 10 B. Pharm and 3 M. Pharm students in synthetic and analytical chemistry research projects.

In teaching, she specializes in Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry (Levels II & III), Medicinal Chemistry (Levels I, II & III), Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, and Pharmaceutical Analysis I, contributing to a comprehensive learning experience for her students.

Dr. Satish H. Pandav

Dr. Satish H. Pandav serves as an Assistant Professor at Konkan Gyanpeeth Rahul Dharkar College of Pharmacy & Research Institute, Mumbai University, Karjat, since September 2023. With a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology from the Department of Chemical Technology, North Maharashtra University, Dr. Pandav is actively engaged in guiding both M. Pharm and B. Pharm students in their research endeavors. He adopts diverse pedagogical techniques, including in-class activities, online discussion boards, and team-based assignments, to deliver quality education.

Dr. Pandav's expertise extends to clinical research, advanced pharmacology, and pharmaceutical product development, where he has provided in-depth lectures and insights. His role as Steering Committee Coordinator for the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) accreditation reflects his commitment to maintaining high academic standards. Additionally, as IIC Convenor, Dr. Pandav oversees and supports council activities to ensure their successful execution, further contributing to the institution’s academic environment.

Mrs Ganapathineedi Kinnera Ratna Sri

Mrs. Ganapathineedi Kinnera Ratna Sri serves as an Assistant Professor at Gokaraju Rangaraju College of Pharmacy. A highly accomplished scholar, she has authored several research papers and book chapters and actively engages in academic conferences. She presented a research paper at the Chennai International Youth Festival, securing second position on August 17, 2017, at Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. Additionally, she earned the Best Oral Presentation award at the World Congress on Pharmaceutical Sciences on October 6-7, 2017, in Goa.

Mrs. Ratna Sri’s academic journey is marked by notable accolades, including a gold medal in B.Pharm (2012-2016) from Andhra University, India. She received the Pratibha Award in 2016 from Andhra Pradesh State for academic excellence and was honored with the IDMA-J B Modi Award in 2018 for outstanding academic performance in Andhra University. Further underscoring her academic proficiency, she secured an All India Rank of 483 in the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) and an All India Rank of 1005 in the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) entrance exam, both in 2016.
